Designed for those who lead groups, The Effective Facilitator equips you with essential skills to: create a compelling vision that inspires action, maximize participant engagement, address group dynamics and dysfunctions, resolve conflicts, and facilitate sessions that drive impactful outcomes and extraordinary results.
PLEASE NOTE: The session hours are typically from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with the exception of the Management Concepts Washington, DC Training Center, where the session runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

COVID -19 STANDARDS: We are governing our business protocols daily to meet the latest CDC guidelines established to fight against COVID-19. Please note some locations may have special COVID restrictions. Safety is one of our highest concerns and therefore we operate each class according to the CDC Community COVID rating. If a community is rated high, we require indoor mask requirements for all participants. At least one week prior to your class we will notify you if the community rating for the class is high.
