Engagement Strategies in a Complex World & Consensus Building – Techniques for Getting to Yes
Leadership Strategies is thrilled to announce that our CEO and Managing Director, Michael Wilkinson, will be presenting at the IAF Conference of the Americas, to be held November 28th -30th, 2019 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
During the conference, Michael will be presenting two dynamic and engaging sessions:
The breakout session, “Consensus Building – Techniques for Getting to Yes” will equip participants with a clear understanding of the key underlying principles for reaching consensus. For example, understanding the three reasons why people disagree and Five techniques for getting to yes when disagreements occur. This session will take place November 28th from 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
The plenary session, “Engagement Strategies in a Complex World” will take place November 30th from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM. In this workshop, Michael Wilkinson, CMF™, will demonstrate more than a dozen engagement strategies. He will also provide attendees with techniques on how to keep a group engaged. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share their best techniques throughout the session.
