Leigh Ann RodgersLeigh Ann Rodgers, is a Business Coach & Facilitator who helps Managers and Leaders increase the satisfaction and production of both themselves and their staff. Leigh Ann has been facilitating training workshops for almost 20 years, working with corporate and government clients, as well as small business owners. She offers a wide range of programs and services - from workshops to DiSC assessments to executive coaching.

Leigh Ann was a Human Resources Officer for a regional bank during which time she consulted with managers, facilitated team building sessions and needs analysis for a variety of business functions. She designed and delivered training for managers and employees, and created a Management training program.

Leigh Ann's background as a Human Resources Trainer & Manager for SunTrust Bank, combined with her adventures as a business owner gives her a rich platform to pull from when she works with business leaders. As the President, of Creative Business Development, she facilitates a business networking group for entrepreneurs, as well as teleseminars and workshops.

She also coaches individual business owners, executives and groups to improve their performance and success. Her approach to facilitating is energetic and interactive.
