Susan Nurre, Senior Manager
Susan Nurre is a Senior Manager with Leadership Strategies, Inc. As a Senior Manager, Susan interacts directly with clients in the role of trainer, facilitator and consultant. She has worked with notable companies such as American Airlines, Southwestern Bell, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Tandy Corporation.
One of Susan's key strengths is her ability to work with clients to determine their systems requirement and organizational change readiness needs. She brings over 20 years of diversified experience in consulting with project sponsors and stakeholders, determining the impact of business change on their organization and developing the interventions required to minimize that impact. She has repeatedly played an instrumental role in assessing organizational culture, soliciting customer feedback, developing and implementing communication strategies, managing projects and team members, and developing and delivering training.
A Certified Professional Facilitator, Susan is active in the International Association of Facilitators and Southwest Facilitators Network. In 1993, she created and continues to publish The Facilitator, a quarterly professional magazine.
